Q:What payment methods do you currently accept?
A:We currently accept Paypal payments.
Q:Where can you ship to?
A:We ship to the United States. In some specific locations we may require additional information to ship, if so we will expedite contact with you.
Q:How do I check the status of my order?
A:If you would like to know the status of your order, such as where it is, when it was received, whether it has been shipped, etc., please log in and click on any "My Orders" page of the website. If you still cannot obtain the order information, please contact our customer service email ciiseeofficial @gmail.com.
Q:How long is the delivery time?
A:Currently, it takes 7-15 working days to make one piece from the date you place your order. The specific cycle can be viewed on the product page. Shipping time is approximately 6-10 working days. The sooner you place your order, the sooner we can start preparing your dresses. Thanks.
Q:Can I change the size and color of my dresses after payment?
A:If you would like to change the size or color within 24 hours of payment, please contact us. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund. You may need to place a new order with us.
Q:Can I cancel my order?
A:Yes, you can. There are two types of cancellations:
1. Cancellation of unpaid orders: Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after 1 day.
2. Cancel payment order: If you do not receive the delivery notification email, you can contact us within 24 hours to cancel the order.
Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. So please wait for your package to arrive. You can keep it or return it for a refund.
