Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product, and we will process your return/exchange request. Please be sure to contact us via email (ciiseeofficial@gmail.com) first.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1.We do not offer freight collect (FTC) service for returned packages. Return costs are borne by you.
2.Items must be shipped within 7 days of receipt.
3.We support exchanges and returns in all regions.
4.Since all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom-made, shipments that do not fit but meet the specifications you ordered cannot be picked up or exchanged.
5.Unauthorized submissions will not be accepted.
6.All items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
*You initiate a return: please send to ciiseeofficial@gmail.com with photos and/or videos of the item and inform us of your order number. Our customer service staff will send an email within 3 business days to determine if the return request is eligible.
*Shipping the item back: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return address and instructions on how to send your package where. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted). We recommend that you use the shipping method provided with your return/exchange with tracking information and signature as we do not take responsibility for lost returns/exchanges.
*Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then provide an exchange or refund.
Items That Are Not Returnable:
Special offer items are non-refundable.
No refunds will be given for damage/loss caused by the customer.
Return Charge
If the return is due to buyer's problem (eg: didn't like/want the item, ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs;
If the return is due to a problem with us (eg: incorrect product, product quality issues), we will provide you with a full refund.
We do not charge additional shipping charges.
Refunds
After checking your return, we will notify you of your refund approval or rejection. If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days. If you receive a full refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. Official refunds may take some time. If you've done all of this and haven't been able to get your refund, please contact us at ciiseeofficial@gmail.com.
